Responsibilities
- Clerical support.
Perform secretarial duties, coordinate
schedules, create documents, and serve as receptionist.
- Regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, may
include lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Creates and maintains databases on preschool registration,
enrollment and assessment data
- Maintains and manages GOLD assessment site dempgraphics and
reports for BVSD and private commmunity sites
- Works collaboratively with BVSD Enrollment Office staff to
maintain accurate student count data
Qualifications
Required
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communicate (read, write, and speak) in English, must pass
the English component of interview process
- Complete and submitted BVSD online application
Preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers,
keyboarding and word processing skills
- Appropriate oral and written communication skills, as well
as math and accounting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with
frequent interruptions
- Positive communication, interaction and work experience with
diverse individuals
