QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High School Diploma or
GED. 2. Must have a minimum of three (3) years'
experience in Microsoft
Office applications, i.e., Word, Excel and Access. 3.
Must have demonstrable skills in keying/data inputting with a
minimum of four (4) years' experience in data entry
4. Experience with data entry of NJSMART, NJDOENET,
Must be an independent worker with strong analytical and
problem solving skills. 6.
Experience with data entry for Human Resources,
Special Education, Student Information
Systems, and business operations, a plus. DUTIES: 1. Converts
source documents into computer acceptable form. 2. Key and verifies
data. 3. Validate accuracy of information. 4. Maintains sequence
and control of source documents. 5. Data entry for NJSMART,
and SMID 6. Works in collaboration with the MIS staff,
specific departments to coordinate accuracy of data upon
notification of error rep 7. Enters data for HR required reports.
