QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
·
Licensed by the Minnesota Department of
Education
·
Combination of education, training and/or
experience necessary to successfully perform the essential
functions of the work
Preferred:
·
Master's Degree in Educational Administration and
Leadership or related field
·
Advanced knowledge of Positive Behavioral
Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Responsive Classroom
practices
·
Knowledge and experience working with other
cultures represented by the community
INTERPERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
·
Establish and maintain effective working
relationships and communication with teaching and support staff,
department heads, and building and district administrators
·
Demonstrate ability to work effectively with
diverse populations of students, staff and parents
OTHER SKILLS:
