· High school diploma or equivalent. · Boilers license at level required at the building or ability to obtain within probationary period.
. Abiliity to obtain a Class B license within 18 months.· Ability to obtain bus driver’s license by end of probationary period. · Three years’ custodial experience, preferably in a school setting. · Ability to perform minor repair jobs as directed. · Ability to prioritize work assignments.
· Ability to meet the public & communicate with students.
· Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and take direction from multiple sources.
· Ability to read and comprehend basic operating instructions.
