Seeking school based clinician to meet the expansion needs of an clinical day treatment program located at EASTCONN's Northeast Regional Program in Putnam. Northeast Regional Program provides an individualized educational approach in a small and supportive clinical setting. Responsibilities include individual and group therapy, parent communication, case management, classroom consultation, crisis management, and collaboration with administrative and educational staff in developing student behavior programs. Strong behavior management skills, as well as an ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff, families, and community providers is required. This position requires good teamwork and the ability to facilitate problem-solving conversations among team members and between staff and students. Applicant must have CSDE certification in one of the following areas:
070: School Psychologist
071: School Social Worker
268: School Marriage and Family Therapist
