The Salem High School Center for Career and Technical Education is seeking a qualified assistant for the culinary arts program. Responsibilities include overseeing the operation of the Three Seasons Restaurant such as service, setup, managing reciepts and making deposits, food orders, assisting with prep work, and general cleaning. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have experience in the food service, restaurant, or culinary arts industry. The ability to work with high school students is essential.
