Qualifications:
- A proven instructional leader with a strong focus on early education.
- A data-driven leader with a previous record of academic improvement.
- A divergent thinker who has experience working with teachers on how to use data to drive instruction.
Additional Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of state/national standards and assessment practices.
- Central Office or Principal experience is preferred.
- NJ School Administrator certificate preferred.
