Qualifications:
Connecticut Reading and Language Arts Consultant, 097 Reading
and Language Arts Consultant certification preferred, may
consider Remedial Reading and Remedial Language Arts K-12
Certification 102 pursuing consultant 097 certification.
Applied expertise in implementing and leading a balanced
language arts curriculum. Knowledge of research and best
practice in the area of literacy. Proven leadership and
collaborative skills. Commitment to contributing to a community
of learners. Ability to work with and actively involve parents
in the educational process. Understanding of and experience in
using technology to enhance student achievement and ability to
analyze data for program review. Reflective learner who has
high expectations for his/her performance and that of
students.
