Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance and repair of heating, cooling and boiler systems.
2. Monitor boiler rooms by reading gauges for pressures and keeping records in designated logbook.
3. Check and repair leaks in HVAC systems.
4. Repair and replace all thermostats, controls, valves, powerheads an filtration filters.
5. Repair or assists with the repair of plumbing, electrical, structural, mechanical, and all building systems and components as assigned and directed.

Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Indiana driver's license
Prefer candidate with plumbing, electrical and HVAC experience
Prefer candidate who is licensed and certified HVAC.
