· Must hold valid Ohio license or certificate
· Must have demonstrated skill in collaboration with teachers and staff to support improved student learning
· Previous technology experience preferred
· Must demonstrate leadership skills to assist building staff in accomplishing the strategic goals of the district
· Must demonstrate the capacity to lead in the construction of Personal Learning Environments for all members of the learning community
· Have the ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with students, staff and parents
