Provides effecive instruction of students in order to maximize
their learning.

Assists in the continuous evaluation, development and
improvement of student educational learning as prescribed by
district curriculum.
Maintains appropriate classroom discipline required for
maximum student learning and safety.
Participates in professional development, which targets
improved classroom instruction.
Other related duties as may be required.
Qualification:
Must hold or be eligible for State of Delaware
Certification
Highly Qualified status as per NCLB
Clean Criminal Background Check, Child Protection Registry
Check, and TB Test must be completed prior to start of
employment.
