- Expertise in modern office methods, practices,
procedures including filing systems, telephone
techniques, business forms, letter and report writing,
proofreading and office equipment usage.
- Proficiency in computer use and software applications
to maintain spreadsheets and perform word processing

policies, rules and regulations.
