QUALIFICATIONS:        

 - A ppropriate NJ Teacher Certificate

 - Appropriate Highly Qualified Status

 - 5 years of successful teaching experience

 - Demonstrated expertise in instructional skills

 - Reading Specialist and/or Special Education Certificates are desirable

 - Experience in applying best practices in Readers' Workshop and Writers'

   Workshop

 - Experience with multi-sensory approaches for reading instruction is

   desirable

 - Successful experience in working with students at risk of not meeting

    grade level standards

 - Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with

   colleagues,   administrators, parents, and students
