Little Stars is an onsite child care center for the employees of Orion Associates, Meridian Services, and Zenith Services. We currently have 1 Director and 2 Teacher openings. We are seeking candidates who are interactive with children, enthusiastic and creative.Requirements: You must be able to physically care for children. Current First Aid, Infant/Child CPR and Shaken Baby/SIDS training a plus, but not required.Certain education and experience qualifications are required per our license through the state of MN (Rule 3):*High school diploma or GED must have at least 4160 hours experience as assistant teacher AND 24 quarter credits post secondary in child development*2 yr degree must be from accredited college in child development or early childhood and have 1040 hours experience as an aide or assistant teacher and 6 quarter credits in child development*4 yr degree must have 1040 hours experience as an aid or assistant teacher and 18 quarter credits in child developmentSchedule:FT Director- Available Mon-Fri between 7:30am-6pmFT Pre-school Teacher opening - Available Mon-Fri between 7:30am-6pmPT Teacher opening - Mon-Fri 1-6pmBenefits include: Volunteer opportunities through Head Waters, Mersc discounts, Employee of the Month, and many others.Full Time employees are eligible for medical, dental, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, supplemental insurances, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, and 401K.Part Time employees are eligible for supplemental insurances and 401K.
