Evaluation Analyst II (226 Days)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university, with an emphasis in computer science (preferred), applied mathematics, information systems, or directly related technical field preferred
• Four years of related experience; two years of experience in coding for presentation (HTML,JavaScript,CSS,AJAX); two years of experience developing J2EE-compliant web applications
• Fluent in SQL and have experience with JDBC
• Experience with WebLogic Application Server or similar Java application server
• Excellent communication skills and project documentation
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paces environment that is defined by its need to be responsive to multiple stakeholders

BASIC FUNCTIONS

• Develop, maintain, and debug Java classes and JSP to design specifications
• Develop client side user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (JQuery), and AJAX
• Use M-V-C architecture to increase maintainability and reusability of code and to reduce errors
• Proactively report progress on assigned tasks
• Estimate work effort, identify task dependencies, and identify development risks and corresponding mitigation plans
• Assist with maintenance of Oracle database
• Assist with deployment of new versions and patches to the website
• Support product development, customer care, and client service through maintenance, testing, and quality management
• Improve efficiency and quality by developing coding standards, processes, and templates
• Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned
