  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of motivating and supporting primary students
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in literacy instruction
  • Knowledge of and experience in using Guided Reading Plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Experience in providing differentiated instruction; working with students of varying abilities within the same classroom


Qualifications:

  • State of Illinois Teaching Certification (Type 03 )
