Salary Range $ 86,782 to $ 93,863
Requirements:

Masters Degree required.

Masters Degree in Educational Leadership preferred.

Minimum four (4) years successful teaching experience.

Early childhood experience preferred.

Outstanding leadership and personal qualifications.

Competence in oral and written communications.

Experience in curriculum development preferred.

Experience with the School Improvement process preferred.

Leadership experiences preferred.
-
Ability to effectively relate to students, parents, staff, administration and community.

Must meet state certification requirements for elementary school principals.

Demonstrates mental/physical ability and stamina for meeting the requirements of this position.
Duties/Responsibilities

The operation of the facility in which the elementary school program is housed.

The organization and supervision of all certified and non-certified personnel assigned to the principal.

Leadership for curricular and extra-curricular program development.

Assume responsibilities for district endeavors when appropriate.
