QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree required.

Prefer two years relevant work experience in
Human Resources or Career Preparation field.

Must have the desire and ability to work with
and supervise high school age students in a lab-based training
environment.

Be able to work effectively with all ability and
motivational levels of students. This position may include
working with small groups of students or on an individual
basis. Tutoring experience helpful.

Be willing to improve their skill in effectively
working with students.

Computer literacy as it relates to electronic
portfolios, web-based resource tools, blogs, social networking
and 21
<SUP>st</SUP>
Century employability tools.

Motivated and enthusiastic about working with
students, staff and business partners.

Familiarity with college and Career Readiness
Standards and employability skills.

Experience working with challenging
students.
