QUALIFICATIONS:  Second Class "C" Boiler license required; technical training in related areas, custodial/maintenance; prior supervisory skills required. This job requires a person to be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, push/pull while lifting up yo 50 pounds.
JOB DUTIES:  Knowledge and experience in modern cleaning procedures and practices including floor care, restroom cleanliness and other general areas; ability to do light repair and maintenance tasks (repair of desks, chairs and other furniture, replacement of bulbs, etc.); ability to communicate in a positive manner with the general public and building staff; ability to assign and monitor work tasks for other staff positions; ability to coordinate building schedules.
