QUALIFICATIONS
: Minimum Special Class 'C' Boiler License preferred, but required within 6 months of hire; requires ability to stand/walk for extended period of time; push/pull while lifting up to 50 pounds; ability to communicate in a positive manner with the general public and building staff.
JOB DUTIES
: Knowledge and experience in modern cleaning procedures and practices including floor care, restroom cleanliness and other general areas; ability to do light repair and maintenance tasks (repair of desks, chairs, and other furniture, replacement of bulbs, etc.); must be available for some weekend hours as assigned.
HOURS & LOCATIONS
: Sandhill 3 hours daily; Maintenance 1 hour Tuesday and Thursday; Transportation 1 hour Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.
