Salary Range: $36,032-$52,966
Description:
Teach First Grade. Applicants must be a dynamic and student
centered teacher with a commitment to ensuring all students succeed at
their highest
level. Should have knowledge of and experience with differentiated
teaching methods. Demonstrated commitment to
partnerships with families and our community. Commitment to teaching
and learning that occurs beyond the classroom.
Job Summary:
Perform all of
the duties of a first grade teacher including
teaching the district curriculum and standards, maintaining and
analyzing assessment data to inform teaching, being on
district curriculum committees, collaborating with team members,
facilitating a partnership with parents and community organizations and
adding to the culture of the school as a learning community.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated
successful primary classroom teaching experience bringing all students to
their highest achievement levels.
Demonstrated successful collaboration with team members to
create a learning community. Montana Elementary Teaching certificate or
eligible for certification by start of the 2012-13 school year.
