Heritage Middle School is currently looking
for a part-time, 10 month secretary.
All applicants must possess strong
computer skills, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office
Suite products and data/recordkeeping programs.
MOS certification is a plus!
Candidates who possess BA degrees are strongly preferred.
All candidates will be required to take and pass a computer
and writing/editing assessment.
The successful candidate must
be flexible, able to multitask, and set daily and long-term
priorities. The successful candidate(s) must also be
customer service oriented and be able to effectively communicate
with all staff, students, and other members of the school
community. Due to the number of applications that we receive for

applied for the recently posted high school or receptionist
positions need not reapply. This position will be 20 hours
