Heritage Middle School is currently looking for a part-time, 10 month secretary. All applicants must possess strong computer skills, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite products and data/recordkeeping programs. MOS certification is a plus! Candidates who possess BA degrees are strongly preferred. All candidates will be required to take and pass a computer skills and writing/editing assessment. The successful candidate must be flexible, able to multitask, and set daily and long-term priorities. The successful candidate(s) must also be customer service oriented and be able to effectively communicate with all staff, students, and other members of the school community.
