TEMPORARY/HOURLY POSITION WITHOUT BENEFITS
JOB PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises the lunchroom to allow teachers a duty-free lunch period. The lunchroom monitor will be expected to enforce the rules and policies governing the lunchroom as established by the local school administration. The lunchroom monitor will not be expected to administer punishment to students who misbehave but should refer such students to the teacher and principal.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Prefer high school diploma.
EXPERIENCE:
Prefer some experience in working with groups of children or youth.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
*Ability to relate to students and adults.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Ability to work well with others.
SALARY: $7.25/hour
Up to 19 hours per week
