Building Operations Manager
Responsibilities
·
Assists the Principal with teacher observations/
evaluations and walk throughs
·
Assists Principal and Data/Instructional Coach in
supporting PLC's
·
Participates in the school leadership team as much
as possible
·
Supports teachers and staff in implementing
district-wide discipline plan; disciplines students as
needed
·
Produces and submits all relevant reports related
,to student behavior and attendance

Cooperatively develops
student behavior improvement plans
·
Works with relevant staff to provide students with
proactive conflict resolution, mediation and social
competencies

Coordinates and supervises in-school suspension
and detention as needed
·
Arranges for and holds administrative discipline
conferences for students, parents/guardians, etc.
·
Supervises and monitors student attendance and is
responsible for all truancy petitions
·
Assists with new student enrollments and
registering students for classes
·
Assists with maintaining calendars related to
lunchroom, hall monitoring schedules, and after school
supervision
·
Coordinates fire drills and lockdowns; trains
staff and students on drill procedures
·
Is responsible for the implementation and
successful completion of student special events (e.g. prom,
graduation, pep fests, etc.) and field trips
**Salary commensurate with experience and
licensure**
