Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage student attendance and discipline
·
Plan and facilitate staff development that is pertinent to the
building goals
·
Attend IEP meetings as the Administrative Designee
·
Act as the building Data Manager
·
Facilitate meetings with staff and parents
·
Oversee and manage Title I Grant/Budget
·
Oversee and manage SINA Plan/Budget
·
Assist in the facilitation of the Data Team process
·
Work flexible hours to meet the needs of the building
·
All other duties as assigned by the principal
Physical Requirements of Position:

· Must be able to
push/pull/lift 50 lbs.
Special Qualification Desired:
(Personal
Qualities, Education, Skills Needed, Experience, Etc.)
· Iowa Administrative
Certification, or must be able to show proof of working towards Iowa
Administrative Certification
· Successful candidate must
possess strong inter-personal skills with a proven record of building rapport
with culturally diverse students and their families to insure that each child
reaches his/her full potential.
