Greet and direct visitors and parents; receive
and direct incoming calls; assist public, staff,
students and parents as needed.

Provides direct administrative support to
Community Relations Department; schedule appointments;
arranges meetings and reserves meeting space.

Creates and maintains a variety of documents,
records, files, manuals, and other material, often
containing confidential material; develops and
maintains a variety of publications, forms, and
processes; composes and creates correspondence and
reports; compiles and formats information; designs
spreadsheets and databases; prepares, processes and
distributes a variety of materials; performs special
projects when requested.
§
Provide notary services.
§
Assist with special events.
§
Performs other duties as assigned.
§
Conserve electricity as outlined in the
districts energy management plan
