Salary: Stipend
Description: Manage the School To Work Program students identified with disabilities. The position includes direct service, IEP development, convening Team Meetings, progress reports and assessment related to SWAP students for eligibility of special education.
Qualifications: Certification in Special Education required. Masters Degree in Special Education preferred.
