Position Purpose:
Maintain District grounds and fields
in excellent condition.

Qualifications:
Knowledge and significant experience
in grounds and athletic field maintenance including planning,
managing and supervising grounds staff in successfully
implementing the twelve month plan.

Summary:
The Lead Grounds Worker coordinates
the grounds staff in service to all user groups, manages the
maintenance and operation of various types of equipment to care
for and maintain grounds and other outdoor facilities and
performs related work as required.
Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment:
This position is posted
as a full-time (40 hours per week), twelve (12) month position,
Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. The starting
salary for such a position is $19.66 per hour.
Eligible for benefits as negotiated with Union Local 70
and District 112. This position is eligible for overtime
and comp time.
