Assistant Freshman Football Coach - Heritage High School
To assist in the development, promoting and supervision of all facets of the Heritage Freshman Football program. Promote a positive academic environment and encourage all athletes to strive for academic excellence. Prepare and execute practice, game plans, and strategies designed to bring success to the program. Provide moral support and encouragement to student/athletes. Establish and maintain community contacts, which enhance the success of the program. Maintain and control the use of uniforms and equipment. Assist with design and implementation of conditioning programs, in and out of season, for student/athletes. Establish and maintain a positive relationship with the media. Develop a communication protocol, which keeps both parents and student/athletes aware of program status. Establish and execute an awards program to recognize team and individual performance excellence. Work with the Heritage Athletic Association on fundraising. Must have updated first aid and CPR training. GED or High School diploma required. Salary stipend per STEA Contract.
