Hamilton Community Schools seeks an experienced educational leader to serve as the Principal for Hamilton Middle School.
Candidate Profile: *Proven leadership in Middle School Education *Must hold a Michigan Middle School Teaching Certificate *Master's degree in Educational Leadership or Teaching and Learning *Michigan Administrator certification *A minimum of five years of successful Middle School teaching experience required *Experience in RtI and differentiated instruction preferred *Ability to demonstrate how data has been used to direct instruction *Proven understanding of 21<sup>st</sup> century skills for teaching and learning *Proven record of collaborative team leadership *Provide for all aspects of instructional leadership and supervision of programs and staff *Effectively manage communication within school, community and with parents *Be visible and available to students, staff and parents
