QUALIFICATIONS: B.S.N. required. Must have a certificate of completion from an approved program for Nurse Practitioners. Must hold a current nurse practitioner certification and Connecticut State license. Must have a desire to work with school-aged children. Must be knowledgeable of school health procedures, including state and Federal mandates. Successful experience as a nurse practitioner in previous position, desirable. Must have own transportation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. SALARY AND TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Ten-month position. Pay is in accordance with A.P.R.N. salary.
