EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school graduate with additional training.
3-5 year of previous experience
Experience with word processing, spreadsheets and database software.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain complete confidentiality of student records.
Enforce legal requirements for dissemination of records.
Maintain and update transcripts and cumulative folders, including preparation of folders     for all new students.
Maintain student special education records.
Provide statistical information for all college & National Merit applications as well as provide transcript request.
Prepare transcripts and cumulative folders for microfilming.
Prepare the class rank of graduation classes.
Assist in preparation of student records for legal proceedings.
Close out senior transcripts and thin out cum folders of graduating class.
Record external test scores, advance placement results and verify GPA for transcripts.
Prepare data processing sheets for maintaining computer record file.
Prepare school profile.
Organize and scan grades at interim and marking periods.
Prepare various federal & state reports.
Greet visitors and assist students that enter office.
Assist with sorting and distribution of nail.
Answer routine telephone inquiries regarding department programs and procedures.
 Other duties may be assigned.

Read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations  
Communicate effectively and present information both in oral and in written form

REASONING ABILITY:
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Interpret an extensive variety of statistical information and data related to student achievement.
    
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Interact with public and other staff as required.  
Apply knowledge of current replicated research and techniques related to sensory issues.
