Kitchen Helper

REPORTS TO:  Food Service Director
RATE OF PAY:  $10.28 per hour
DEADLINE TO APPLY: - 3:00 August 29, 2012

 
Currently 11:05 a.m. - 1:20 p.m. (2 hours, 15 minutes daily)



JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Work daily in assigned school and position as assigned by Food Service Director 
• Able to adjust working in different areas as needed 
• Ability to promote good relationships with staff, students and parents
• Wear appropriate uniform as per union contract 
• Experience as a kitchen helper preferred
• Physical stamina for work assignment.  This position requires bending, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling
• Ability to function effectively in a team approach
• Learn to operate and maintain all kitchen equipment, including the POS cash register system
• Be flexible as changes occur
• Ability to correctly complete all required work, including production records, orders, logs, etc.
