Hours:
M-F 6 hrs per day, ideally 8:00-3:00 or 7:30-2:30 with 1 hr lunch
Responsibilities:
Receive support calls and enter information into ticketing system for access by support specialists. Resolve simple support issues. Clerical work, including invoicing for services, paying bills, preparing contracts, and handling other communications.
Qualifications:
Associates degree; good communication, computer and clerical skills.
Preferred Skills:
Preference given to candidates with bachelors degree; strong communication, computer and clerical skills. Experience with using school management applications, including student information, financial accounting, human resources and payroll systems.
