The Human Resources Assistant will perform a variety of information management and customer service-oriented functions for Lake Forest Schools. These functions/duties might include, but are not limited to: maintenance of current staffing reports and monthly human resources reports; processing of staffing changes in a central database and related systems, including those pertaining to employee benefits; maintenance of files; completion of state reports; preparation of job postings; certification monitoring; and faculty/staff assistance. Excellent communication and public relations skills are required. Individuals who exhibit capacity for independent and team-based problem solving, and are detail-oriented, are encourage to apply. Prior experience within human resources or a related area is preferred, but not required.
