.5 Mathematics Specialist (for one year only) to provide instructional expertise and support to elementary school teachers with mathematics by doing model lessons, working on an individual and/or group basis with teachers to plan and improve instruction, coaching, working on curriculum, providing staff development and promoting high quality instruction in mathematics.
Must hold a Master's Degree and hold current CT certification. Must have a major or Master's Degree in mathematics or passing score on Praxis II Mathematics within one year of hire as mathematics specialist.
