TITLE:
PC/Network Technician
LENGTH OF CONTRACT:
260 days
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
Two-year computer/technology
related degree with formal course work and/or A+ and/or Net+
certification of computer/network hardware and software or
equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Practical field experience needed with computer
software/hardware installation, networking, and systems
servicing.
REPORT TO:
Technology Coordinator
SUPERVISES:
N/A

Job Goal:
To assist with integration, implementation and maintaining the
technological needs of our students and staff to enhance
teaching and learning.
Performance Responsibilities:
1.
Assist with training for technology development of district
personnel.
2.
Installation of the district's technology hardware and
software.
3.
Receive, analyze, resolve, direct and document technology
related problems
according to established procedures.
4.
Assist with inventory of all district technology hardware,
software and supplies.
5.
Maintain communication and report regularly on upcoming
projects and needs.
6.
Perform such other tasks and assume such other responsibilities
as may be
assigned by the Technology
Coordinator.
