1. High School Diploma or Equivalency
2. Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities
3. Flexible, responsible, and self-motivated
4. Alaska Driver’s License
5. Experience using multiple tools and equipment
6. Ability to build relationships with students through programming and individual interaction
