Description:
Oversee daily practice and weekly competition schedules. Provide bus supervision for all out-of-town competitions, and locker room supervision throughout the season. Build quality relationships with middle school youth and maintain cooperative partnerships with paid and volunteer coaches. Build a strong communication network with program staff, parents, and community. Provide inventory management of all supplies, equipment, and uniforms and report competition scores to the CE Youth Coordinator. A successful candidate must be available for the established practice schedule for the full season.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Two or four year degree in an education related field preferred.
Soccer coaching experience and knowledge, specifically skill development. Excellent inter/intra-personal skills.
Focus on leadership and the community of Owatonna as a whole are highly desired. Strong technology skills beneficial.Application Procedure:Apply online
Pay Range:
$1,200 - $1,400 per season (Aug. 27 - Oct. 17, 2012)
