JOB PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position performs general labor assignments to include operating a variety of light and medium equipment to maintain AISD properties. Employees in this class also may be required to perform miscellaneous tasks such as minor repairs, cleaning and refuse removal.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Incumbent must have a current State of Texas Drivers License.
EDUCATION:
Eight (8) to twelve (12) years of school or equivalent, with a limited working knowledge of related specialized field, such as landscaping.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
This position requires incumbent to have the ability to read and write, be prompt, reliable, and have a willing attitude to perform a variety of tasks when the need arises. Incumbent must be familiar with and know how to safely operate vehicles and equipment to which he/she is assigned. Incumbent must be able to use simple arithmetic.
DUTY DAYS: 260 DAYS
SALARY: MT3: $10.00/hr
