Position Summary:
Provide music instruction to K-5 elementary students.
Qualifications:
Valid MN Music Teaching license. Bi-lingual skills in Spanish or Somali desired. Demonstrated use of 21st Century strategies and approaches to ensure all learners achieve the highest levels. Training and background in 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Balanced Literacy preferred. Experience in utilizing an inquiry approach to instruction across all content areas and a background in STEM and integration of Literacy and Numeracy beneficial.
