Duties & Responsibilities: (Essential Functions of Position, Major Responsibilities, Summary of Key Duties, Special Assignments, Relationships)
· Supervises locker room before and after practices
· Must attend all home and away games and practices
· Shall accompany team on bus to away games
· Must work to form a positive professional relationship with players, coaches, parents and staff
· Responsible for team supervision before, during, and after practices, games and other events
Physical Requirements of Position: (HBV Yes No)
· Candidate must be able to stand for extended period of time
· Candidate must be able to sit on a bleacher for extended period of time
· Candidate must be able to walk up and down stairs

Because this is a chaperone position, the candidate will have to be the same gender as the member of the athletic team. | |
