POSITION SUMMARY:
This is the first level in the five level nutritional services
group and is responsible for performing routine kitchen duties,
such as the preparation and serving of breakfast and/or lunch to
students and staff, dishwashing, general cashiering and
cleaning.
SALARY:
$10.27/hr - $12.36/hr (Salary is subject to
negotiated agreement and work experience)

dispensers (ice cream machine & soft drink tanks) and food

Clean all
dispensing machines & work surfaces

Compiles food
& supply orders

Receives money
for cash sales in ala-cart line

Washes dishes in
dish-room with power washer

Cleans up
serving area

Cleans and makes
ready food items for salad

Makes ready
meats & vegetables, parts of main dishes and sandwiches as
directed by cooks

Cleans prep
areas, stoves, brazers, steam-tables, and other cooking
equipment

Assist with the
cleaning of the entire serving area and kitchen as directed
