Highland Community College is accepting
applications for a part-time Head Cook to work in the college
cafeteria approximately 25 hours per week. High school
diploma and two (2) years food service work experience
required. Food sanitation license also required.
An equivalent combination of
education and experience may be considered. Under the
direction of the Cafeteria Manager, this position will plan,
prepare, cook and serve menu items for the college's
cafeteria. Knowledge of proper food preparation, portions and
presentation a must. Prior experience operating a grill,
fryer and other equipment also essential.
