Description: Special Education - Severe Needs
Job Summary: Review the existing program outline, follow student IEP, and design an effective program that addresses the students social, behavioral, and academic needs. Work with Para support to provide the least restrictive learning environment for each student.
Qualifications: Holds a valid teaching license, endorsed to work with Special Education students in the Severe Needs environment
Working Conditions: classroom environment with students identified through the IEP process needing the "severe needs" identification. Will work with para support in a self-contained environment as well as in the general education classroom setting.
