QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
·         Two year degree or higher or 60 credits toward a degree.
  • Strong reading, writing and math skills.


·         Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and parents.
·         Ability to problem solve, be sensitive to the needs of academically challenged students.
·         Ability to supervise children in a positive manner.
·         Knowledge of discipline policies & procedures.
·         Ability to follow the teacher's plan & direction; monitor situation in the classroom & adjust accordingly.
·         Ability to maintain confidentiality.

·         Experience working with children.
