Job Description: The high school secretary will play a key support role. He or she will serve as the focal point for communication by mail, telephone, email and in person. This person will manage the flow of information within the high School and will be responsible for maintaining all records. To be effective, the secretary must be organized, efficient and customer service oriented. He or she must be familar with office equipment, computer and computer programs for word processing, databases and spreadsheets.
