Paraprofessionals/Instructional Aides

Lakeland Joint School District is accepting applications for Paraprofessional/Instructional Aide positions. Daily hours range from 1.5 hours to 6.5 hours, five days a week during the school year.   The starting wage is $8.42 for Noon Duty positions and $9.33 per hour for classroom paraprofessionals. Positions of 6.0 hours or more also receive a benefit package, including a salary allowance.

The successful applicants will have as a minimum; a high school diploma/GED; an AA\AS degree, two years of college credit, or passing the Praxis test; demonstrated experience working with school age children; and the ability to work under the general direction of the principal and\or classroom teacher.
