POSITION:
SWIM INSTRUCTOR

Qualifications:
§
Minimum 16 years of
age
§
Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Training,
CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid
Certification.
Certification preferred, training will be
provided.
§
W.S.I. (Water Safety Instructor)
certification preferred or at least 2 years experience teaching
swim lessons
§
Ability to respond to
emergencies and distress situations quickly and
effectively
Reports to:
Pool & Fitness Center
Coordinator
Responsibilities:
§
Teach private, semi-private
and group classes when needed
§
Perform rescues, assists,
CPR and first aid when necessary
§
Other duties as
assigned
Hours
: Varied - Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and
holidays as needed
Rate of
Pay:
$9.00 per hour
