  1. Must have computer skills that include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Office applications.
  2. Experience with Skyward Student Management System preferred.
  3. Must possess excellent communication, problem solving, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills. 
  4. Must have the ability to maintain accurate and confidential records. 
  5. Must possess accuracy and efficiency in work habits, demonstrating the ability to work in a team setting as well as independently.
  6. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with various office personnel, staff, administration, community officials, parents and students.
  7. Must have a competent use of the English language.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Process all student data for updating student records using Skyward Student Management  System.
  2. Enter, maintain, and retrieve computerized attendance records daily.
  3. Maintain student educational/accounting records.
  4. Organize clerical functions relating to grade reporting.
  5. Assist in all aspects of the scheduling process.
  6. Coordinate Honor's program and Board of Education awards.
  7. Prepare the student count and auditing packet for the student count.
  8. Prepare state reports as required by the Instructional Data Coordinator.
  9. Prepare suspension letters.
  10. Maintain permanent student records, health cards and inquiries.
  11. Other duties as assigned by the Principal and/or Assistant Principal.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  High School diploma and/or related experience.


LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICAL AND REASONIING SKILLS: Ability to speak and write effectively.  Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.  Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral format and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
